“The probability that the searched results have been published by someone  as Open Data is inversely proportional to the importance that this data has to complete the project or research that you are doing”



“If open data exist for some reason then they were published for a different geographical area than the one on which you are searching. If there are some for that particular geographical area then they are outdated”
